Moving on to WooCommerce, we’d say that managing a store on this platform can be just as easy as running an online business on Shopify. However, the true difficulty with WooCommerce lies in the setup.

The plugin itself is simple to work with, but outside of that, store owners will need to install a WordPress theme and set up a domain name and hosting account themselves.

It’s taking care of those elements that can take up a lot more time than a straightforward Shopify store setup so, it’s down to you and your team whether the time is something you can spare.
